The front and rear dual recording kit lets you capture a wide-angle view of your car's surroundings with both a front and rear camera. The main camera sticks to your windshield and records what's happening on the road ahead, while the second camera mounts on your rear glass to record activities behind you, such as tailgating incidents or parking accidents. With this enhanced coverage, dual dash cams provide valuable evidence and peace of mind for drivers in any situation.

While a single-lens dash cam will do the trick for most riders, a dual-camera system offers a broader perspective that's especially useful in hit-and-run situations or parking lot incidents. However, dual-camera systems are typically more expensive and more complex to install than single-lens models.

On Galaxy phones with dual recording, you can also tap the Director's View icon on the camera screen to change between different camera lenses while a video is in progress. Simply tap the options that appear—like ultra-wide or telephoto—to see what your video will look like with each lens, instantly. You can even switch between the selfie and rear cameras while a video is being recorded! But be careful, switching between the two cameras will turn off dual recording.
