2.2 If payment is made in a currency other than USD, the equivalent amount will be calculated based on the exchange rate provided by our bank on the day the payment is processed.
2.3 Any losses due to exchange rate fluctuations or transfer fees will be borne by the Buyer.
3. Payment Schedule & Order Confirmation
- Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit (or full payment for samples).
- Production will not commence until the initial payment has been cleared and credited to our account.
- For T/T payments, please ensure your bank includes the invoice number or PO number in the remittance information.
4. Late Payment & Non-Payment
4.1 Failure to pay the balance by the agreed delivery date may result in order cancellation.
4.2 The Seller reserves the right to impose a storage fee for goods held beyond the scheduled delivery date due to non-payment.
4.3 Any bank rejection fees or chargeback fees will be invoiced to the Buyer.
5. Important Notes for EXW Terms
- Under EXW (Ex Works) terms, the Seller’s responsibility ends once the goods are ready at our warehouse.
- Payment of freight, customs duties, and taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer and is separate from the product payment.
- If the Seller arranges air freight on the Buyer’s behalf, the freight cost is charged at the carrier’s rate without markup and is payable separately from the product invoice.
