Shipping & Handling
1. Trade Terms
EXW (Ex Works) – Shenzhen, China
- All quotations are based on EXW terms.
- Buyer is responsible for:
- All international freight costs
- Export customs clearance in China
- Import customs clearance, duties, and taxes in the destination country
Under EXW terms, our responsibility ends once the goods are made available at our warehouse in Shenzhen.
2. Order Processing Time
- Sample Orders: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Standard Products: 3–7 business days after deposit received
- OEM / Custom Orders: 15–30 business days (after final specification confirmation)
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Actual lead time depends on production capacity, material availability, and order quantity.
- Processing time does not include shipping, transit time, or customs clearance.
- Confirmed delivery dates will be provided in the proforma invoice or sales contract.
We recommend confirming lead time with our sales team before placing bulk orders.
3. Shipping Arrangement
Option A: Customer Arranges Shipping
- Customer provides forwarder contact details
- We deliver goods to your forwarder in Shenzhen
- You pay all freight and handling fees directly to your forwarder
Option B: Air Freight Upon Request
- If you do not have a forwarder, we can arrange air freight on your behalf
- We obtain a quote from our contracted carrier(s)
- The exact carrier rate will be passed through to you—no markup
- You approve the cost and pay before shipment
Note: Under EXW terms, even when we arrange air freight, the buyer remains fully responsible for the carriage, risk, and associated costs.
4. Supported Transport Modes
When requested, we can assist with:

We do not offer DDP or CIF pricing unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
5. Packaging Standards
All truck electronics are packed to withstand international transport:
- cartons
- Fragile / Orientation labels applied as needed
6. Export Documentation
We provide standard export documents required for your forwarder:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin (upon request)
Customs declaration and export formalities are the buyer’s responsibility under EXW terms.
7. Risk & Responsibility
- The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods leave our warehouse
- We are not responsible for:
- Freight delays or carrier issues
- Customs detention or import restrictions
- Duties, taxes, or demurrage charges
If you request us to arrange air freight, we act solely as an intermediary to connect you with the carrier.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If goods are damaged during transit:
- The buyer must file claims directly with the carrier
- We can assist by providing packaging photos and supporting documents
- Replacement of damaged goods is subject to a new order and payment
We strongly recommend that buyers purchase cargo insurance through their forwarder or broker.
