01 — Product Overview

Smarter Vehicle Load Monitoring

Reliable load sensing for commercial vehicles, transportation management and overload control.

SA-HX-120B Vehicle Load Sensor

Designed for Real-Time Cargo Load Detection

The SA-HX-120B uses angle measurement theory to detect changes in vehicle load. When cargo weight changes, the leaf spring deforms and displaces. The sensor converts this displacement into corresponding weight data for real-time load monitoring.

  • Detect empty, full and overloaded conditions
  • Monitor accurate cargo weight values
  • Designed for direct vehicle mounting
  • Supports integration with GPS and cloud platforms
  • Suitable for single or multiple sensor deployment
