Advanced Vehicle Remote Fuel Consumption Monitoring System
SA-OS uses high-frequency ultrasonic detection technology to measure the height of the non-contact liquid surface of fuel and liquid substances. Compared with the traditional liquid level detection equipment, the ultrasonic liquid level has high measurement accuracy and is easy to use. It can be mounted (does not destroy the container structure) and connected to the networked equipment to achieve remote liquid level monitoring. The ultrasonic oil level sensor is specialized for the installation and algorithm optimization of the vehicle oil volume monitoring, which can adapt to the complex road conditions and the real-time oil volume monitoring for the vehicles with a special fuel tank and can also output stable data to the tank liquid level of the dangerous goods transport vehicles.

Remarks:
1. At normal temperature and 1 standard atmosphere of pressure, the default measured liquid is 0 # diesel. The range can be modified; the detection range is greater than 100 cm or other liquid mediums. Please indicate the range and liquid corresponding to the sound shipment.
2. Container wall thickness of 2 mm, steel quality, content of ~10~100 cm diesel oil, transform the container tilt Angle test;
3. Blind area value is determined by the material and thickness of the container. The blind area value of a ~5~10 mm wall thickness needs to be reduced, or the blind area value of 10 mm wall thickness. Please provide material and accurate wall thickness, and reset the minimum blind area value for shipment.
4. The long-term stock is the RS232 and RS485 interface. The voltage and current analog output should be booked in advance. The transmission distance of RS232 is less than 10m, and RS485 over 10m communication distance should be selected
