Since December of last year, Jinhua City has successively implemented non-green standard vehicle restrictions, and in August this year, it has carried out the elimination of yellow-label vehicles, and “management and promotion” to implement the elimination of high-pollution vehicles. As of September 30, the city has eliminated 8,069 yellow-label vehicles, of which 2,785 have been eliminated in urban areas.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, since October 30, the road monitoring and environmental protection sign management law enforcement has been implemented in the non-green standard vehicle restricted area within the urban area, which will be similar to the current monitoring and investigation of illegal vehicles such as red light and speeding. The way, using the "third eye" running 24 hours a day, the time is "tightly eye-catching" illegally breaking into the non-green standard car in the restricted area, and penalizing according to the automatic capture record of the vehicle license plate.
In the next step, all counties (cities) will also implement road monitoring and environmental protection sign management and enforcement in the next month, and gradually integrate into the province's non-green standard vehicle road monitoring system to realize the joint prevention and control of non-green standard vehicles across the road. . In addition, all localities will simultaneously expand the scope of non-green standard vehicles and the shortening of the yellow label vehicle inspection cycle, and further increase the elimination of high-pollution vehicles.
