Cobra Security Cameras

I've been looking into the Cobra Security 4 camera system at Harbor freight here
Does anyone have one or know anything about it? Is it a good solution or is it just the cheap solution? Happy to hear anyone's thoughts.
It's an OK system for the $300 price. if you want to throw something up with the intention of upgrading in a year it will do but if you want a "good" system there are cheaper and better alternatives available
To clarity my issues with the system are this, it says it has a 1080p resolution but as cheap as it it being marketed I doubt that is a "True" depiction more likely than not it is a 720p resolution that is being upscaled to 1080p (i.e. increase detail but also increase in blurriness/grain) or in the worst case they are using a cheap as borsch 1mp sensor and doubling the sampling rate (technically a 1080p frame but with god awful picture quality) most of the alternative systems use at minimum 3mp sensors and will say it on the box or in the manufacturer specs. This set only lists the DVR as able to record that resolution not if the camera itself has the sensor. This leads me to my next point which is there is no definitive listing of what the frame rate is (15fps, 30fps, 60fps), this is not as important but IMO plays a huge part in security cameras effectiveness becasue lets face it the more pictures you have of the bad guy the better right, nuff said.
